TEACHING ACTUALIZATION

"To teach is to share ones spiritual journey with others"

During the training, we will immerse ourselves in a process of personal transformation, through which we will explore a wide variety of practices and tools to help us build a way of life that aligns with our authenticity and personal values.

Our Teacher Training is designed with a progressive and integrative vision, offering traditional yogic practices, introspective activities, discussion groups, philosophical analysis, and theoretical classes on yoga ethics and lifestyle.

Throughout the Teacher Training, we will develop the essential knowledge and skills to facilitate Yoga classes that integrate posture practice, conscious breathing, energy work and meditation.

By the end of this training, you will have acquired the foundation to safely and effectively lead group or private classes.

TESTIMONIALS

Camila

My experience in the TT was magical and incredible; it was definitely a significant turning point both for me and those around me. I learned so much about life, about myself, and had a profound inner and outer awakening.
I feel happy and fortunate to have completed my first certification here.

The AYTT helped me deepen my practice and the intention behind it. It was a beautiful journey with great support throughout.
  • How do I know if this teacher training is right for me?
If you feel called to get to know yourself better. If the spiritual aspect is very important in your life. If you are inclined toward critical thinking and the search for authenticity. If you are interested in learning about traditional Yoga philosophy and practice, but also the tools modern science offers us. If you want to create a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. If you enjoy exchanging ideas and challenging your analytical abilities. If you are open to embracing new paradigms of thought. If you like to cultivate a "beginner's mind" willing to learn new things. If you believe that teamwork and collaboration can bring you great benefits.
  • If I'm not interested in teaching classes, can I still take the teacher training?
During the AYTT, you will learn the fundamental tools to guide group or private classes, but you can take it solely with the intention of deepening your spiritual path.
  • Do I need to have experience in yoga?
If you are interested in teaching Yoga classesIt is recommended that you have completed a 200 hours TT before starting our training. However, as previously mentioned, if your intention is to deepening your practicey, you can take the course even if you don’t have much prior experience.
  • Which style of yoga will I learn?
Our method, "Awareness Yoga," is primarily influenced by Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and functional movement in the physical dimension of practice, but also by the philosophy and meditative practices of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra and Tibetan Buddhism.
